Kids Meditation/Mindfulness (M/M)

Who says kids can’t meditate?  Not us!  Whether your child is bouncing off the walls or the shy and quiet type, meditation is within their reach.  All children are capable!  An introduction to mindfulness/meditation as a child gives them the tools for a lifetime of wellbeing.  Our program is fun and interactive, all while learning the beauty of stillness. 

 

 

Open Meditation/Mindfulness (M/M)

Come and sit with us.  Quiet the mind or simply observe it and feel all that you are.  If you are a beginner or experienced, we will provide a quiet haven within the energetic city.  Our meditation is partly guided to help you transition into your quiet mind. You’ll be amazed at how quickly time can pass as you sit and accept this gift.
